Kyle Neal, a Florida native, attended the University of South Florida in Tampa. He was elected twice to the Student Government Senate and focused on the Student Government Policy and Finance Committees. After graduating in 2008 with a degree in history, Kyle pursued a law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During law school, he served as a member and editor of the South Texas Law Review, and he worked for a firm that specializes in Mass Tort Litigation before graduating Magna Cum Laude in December of 2012.
Like Alexandra, Kyle comes from an insurance defense background, and most of his career has been dedicated to representing employers and workers’ compensation insurance carriers at both the trial and appellate stages. Over the years, he advised and defended construction companies, law enforcement agencies, local governments, retailers, transportation/freight companies and professional employer organizations. He also has insurance defense experience in the areas of personal injury, construction defect and first-party property litigation. Kyle brings his strong and diverse litigation background to the De Varona Law team.
Kyle is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
